You can be frustrated. You can be angry. You can be heartbroken.
But you can also still be kind.

It means choosing to respond with intention instead of reaction. It means standing firm in your values while treating others with dignity.
You can advocate without demeaning.
You can debate without dehumanizing.
You can push for change without pushing people away.
Kindness isn’t weakness. It’s strength under control. Let’s use it well.
